Coctalero/a - Bartender

New Cocktail & Whiskey Lounge opening in Castelldefels is looking for a experienced Bartender with some mixology experience to wow our customers from the minute they walk in, creating a vibrant atmosphere until they leave. You will take full responsibility for the bar from preparations prior to serving the best cocktails and whiskey until closing time. Serve classic Cocktails but be creative with suggestions, signature drinks and able to create something on the go, have a good personality to engage with customers and think on your feet. You can be part of creating the Menu that will showcase your abilities- You will also be required to open and or close on some occasions so must be responsible as well as cash up in the evenings. Have some logistics knowledge (for stock keeping). The work week will be 40hrs with 2 day rest week and the hours will start from 5pm. Starting Salary +- 1500€(take home) with the view to increase as the establishments becomes known+tips. Own transport essential.
