Job Description
In charge of entire bar operation in maintaining and upholding the standard of service as well as training of the bar staff. To create traditional cocktails and design brand-new cocktails and mixed drinks. Require to travel to food and beverage shows and other marketing events to perform presentations and talk to people about alcohol and beverages.
Work Experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience from 4 or 5 star properties
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Food and Beverage.
