Job Summary
The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Bartender Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.
The Bartender Supervisor is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Bartender Supervisor assures each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile. The Bartender Supervisor provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service. The Bartender Supervisor has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
The position reports to the Bar Manager.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in English communication
- Great written and verbal communications
- Ability to tackle a variety of problems
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
- Strong beverage knowledge regarding liquor, wine and beer is required
- Stock, financial accuracy and resolutions skill
- Extensive knowledge of state and local alcohol ordinances
- Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential
- Hygiene standards knowledge
