Head Bartender Needed

All five of our unique, luxury hotels have undergone major refurbishment to give guests a truly outstanding experience.We are now developing and recruiting the talent to match. We need an adaptable, customer-focused team. - For our guests, Bartenders are a valued point of contact. You’ll field all kinds of queries, and not just on food and drink, so you’ll need to know our business like the back of your freshly sanitised hand.

This being a customer-facing role, great communication skills are a must, but you’ll also understand the value of listening. You will need attention to detail and to take care when communicating with colleagues. We have great cocktail menu’s that you will have the opportunity to improve with creativity being a great skill to bring. We take great pride in our bars and restaurants in the group and we want to employ bartenders who will relish coming to work looking their best in an immaculate uniform and take satisfaction in being able to help our guests enjoy their visit, no matter what.
