Knock knock, it’s cocktail o’clock! We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Cocktail Bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

Our ideal candidates will be friendly, highly organized and proactive professionals. They are efficient and have outstanding customer service skills. Must be U.K based with a valid right to work document.
If you have an excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, as well as positive attitude and exceptional communication skills - this might just be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and take their orders promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve cocktails according to the hotel's standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Upsell and promote additional beverages and menu items to guests
- Communicate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of service
- Follow all safety and health regulations and maintain a safe and hygienic workplace
