From modern British cuisine to brasserie classics and fantastic vegan and vegetarian dishes, you’ll find something for everyone to love, seven days a week. Located in a lively part of the city centre, the restaurant offers a luxurious haven from Dublin’s everyday bustle.

Key elements of your role as Bartender will include welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations, preparing, and serving exquisite drinks. You’re confident handling financial transactions, supervising barbacks and keeping abreast of all drink legislation, food safety and hygiene best practices.
About you: You have the knowledge and skills to create exquisite cocktails. Your friendly, professional, and hands-on approach to the role will make you a valuable part of the team and a delight to our guests.
