For our guests, Bartenders are a valued point of contact. You’ll field all kinds of queries, and not just on food and drink, so you’ll need to know our business like the back of your freshly sanitised hand.
This being a customer-facing role, great communication skills are a must, but you’ll also understand the value of listening. Some of our guests may have specific needs, such as dietary requirements, which will need relaying to the kitchen. So you’ll need attention to detail and to take care when communicating with colleagues. We have great cocktail menu’s that you will have the opportunity to create so attention to detail and creativity are great skills to bring. We take great pride in our bars and restaurants in the group and we want to employ bartenders who will relish coming to work looking their best in an immaculate uniform and take satisfaction in being able to help our guests enjoy their visit, no matter what.
