We are seeking passionate mixologist / Bar manager looking to join our team in our busy Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Hove.
Hixon Green, located in the busy Church Road and is an independently owned modern Restaurant serving high quality fresh food, cocktails and Great wines in a contemporary inspired environment. With 2 Floors, the pace is fast but the quality remains high!
Only applicants with previous experience in similar roles in independent restaurants or bars will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great quality food & drinks, delivering a fantastic personal customer experience, be an excellent communicator, give good attention to detail and have the ability to create a vibrant & fun atmosphere.
Great potential to develop within a small & energetic team looking to push the boundaries every day plus the opportunity to be creative and develop new cocktails and drinks.
