About the role
As Bar Manager in the Hayman Village, you will be dedicated to exceeding expectations of our amazing team of island colleagues and ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Bar operation including ordering, stocktake and working with the Colleague Experience Coordinator to organise amazing events for our team. Use your skills and creative flair to take ownership of this space during and after renovations, and drive uptake of dining, events and creating a highly polished F&B outlet.
About you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have knowledge of kegs and beer lines, cocktails, stocktake and a la carte menus. This is a great opportunity for cross training and development for anyone looking to further their career as an outlet manager or F&B manager in the Hotel/Hospitality sector.
