The Role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for superstar Bartenders and Waiters to join our talented Lui Bar team. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional Lui Bar experience.
This is your chance to work alongside industry professionals in an exquisite setting with Melbourne's city skyline as a backdrop. The Lui Bar, located on Level 55 of Melbourne's iconic Rialto, provides an experience incomparable to any other. Lui Bar caters to both restaurant guests and discerning drinkers stopping by for a martini and elegant, sophisticated snacks.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills, coupled with excellent food and wine knowledge.
We're looking for an all-rounder who is willing to support our team in all areas of service, above all, we're looking for someone who is willing to learn from some of the industries best!
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn
- A passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Previous cocktail/bartending experience is advantageous but not essential
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A valid Victorian RSA certificate
- We have both casual and full time opportunities available.
This position will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
