Floor Manager Needed

Floor manager tasks include staff management and training, assisting customers, ensuring prompt response to clients' inquiries, and monitoring the employees' performance.

The floor manager will be in charge of checking inventories and reporting inadequate supplies, controlling safety and hygiene protocols, identifying business opportunities to increase the company's sales and profitability, developing strategic procedures to maintain customer satisfaction, and managing disputes from the customers and employees.

A floor manager must have excellent leadership and communication skills to address specific concerns and process customers' requests as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Bar and Club industry but that also understands traditional restaurant service procedures.

Good levels of French and English are expected, any other languages are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: CHF3,500.00 - CHF5,000.00 per month
