Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will run the day to day operations of O'Donoghue Public House.
- To increase F&B sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved
- Complete weekly rosters in line with budgets
- Management and development of the team
- Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times
- Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to
- Maximise all sales opportunities and promote a sales environment
- Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2/3 years experience in a management role in a similar environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Highly customer focused
- Great attention to detail
- Fluent English required
