Job Description
siOn LONDON is a stunning new 50 cover restaurant, bar and private hire venue in the heart of West Dulwich, South East London. We are recruiting for a full-time head bartender, and bartender.
As an employer, we offer:
- Very reasonable shift patterns 4pm-12am Wed-Sat, and 1pm-7pm Sun
- A taxi home if you finish after midnight
- Food on duty
- Staff discounts
- A good base salary with service charge paid every quarter
- Share of tips
HEAD BARTENDER
£15p/h basic wage, contracted 40 hours per week
You must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role and be familiar with:
- Stock takes and ordering
- Cashing up
- Handling guest complaints
- Drinks menu development
- Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and email writing
- You will possess a flair for the job, be a proven strong team leader with the ability to handle guests and your team under pressure.
- Previous experience of the above is ESSENTIAL for this role. Pleas only apply if you have it.
BARTENDER
£13p/h basic wage, contracted 40 hours per week
- You must have a good understanding and knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits, have a positive work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
- Good communication skills, reliability and punctuality are vital.
We are a small business and team looking for the right personalities to help maintain our strong reputation with our regulars, and to attract guests from across London.
