WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?

Regarding the role, it is as the job title says really, you are responsible for providing the most unique bar experience in Celia Restaurant. Celia has its own bar. That’s why we are looking for an experienced bartender who likes to be bold, creative and enjoys the Californian atmosphere. It’s a physical role and although there are the usual meetings and briefings, you will be on your feet most of the day out and about chatting with your guests and your team members, so fitness will be key for you.

• You are outgoing and flexible by nature and love to provide a service with your personal twist
• Due to your interaction with the guests you know what they like and you’ll make sure they are blown away by creating an unforgettable experience
• Even though your focus is on the guests, you’ll maintain a clean and neat working environment
• We would love it if you were multi-lingual, but it’s not essential.

Yes, we have standards and procedures that everyone in the team has to follow, but it’s down to you to make their visit special and memorable. WE LOOK FOR A SUPER STAR WAITER

• Who is motivated to work as a waiter in our service team
• With knowledge of drinks in order to personalize your service even more
• With an outgoing personality who likes to interact with guests in order to serve their favorite drink
• That enjoys working flexible shifts throughout the week and weekends
