European Bartender School, the world’s largest bartending school, is looking for experienced bartenders to join the next Instructor Academy in Mallorca in April 2023, and potentially to become one of their instructors.
If you are passionate about bartending, love to share your knowledge and thrive in a professional, energetic and fun environment, then this course is made for you! Your enthusiasm will help young, aspiring bartenders achieve their dream of working in countries all over the world in one of the most vibrant, exciting industries around.

The course is available through application only and the numbers of spaces are limited.
Required Skills
-Fluent in English and another European language
-Have successfully done the EBS 4 weeks course, with a minimum pass grade of 85% (B).
-Open to travelling to meet our growing global demand
-Comfortable teaching large groups of students
-Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
-Possessing solid practical cocktail knowledge and flair experience would be a bonus
We are also looking for a bartender with
-Great passion for what we do
-Leadership qualities
-Training/Teaching experience
-Heaps of confidence
-A positive outlook on life
