Job Description
THE BEAUMONT CAFE & BAR are seeking experienced Cocktail Bartender and Front of House staff to join our friendly team!
We are open to the idea of combining these roles depending on the candidate's suitability for each role. The ideal candidate for these positions would have:
- Demonstrated a high standard of quality when engaging with customer service; 2 years of experience working in a service role is desirable.
The right candidate would be able to form quick relationships with the goal of upselling when appropriate.
- Essential thorough knowledge of cocktails and alcohol, with the ability to tailor your creations for our customer's unique and varied range of requests!
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team is essential for this role: ideal candidates would be punctual, reliable, approachable, and possess strong communication skills.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential.
- Barista training and experience is desired, but not required.
- Be able to provide 2 referees.
- Willingness to work late nights when required (Licenced until 2 AM)
