Who We Are Looking For
We currently have a casual position available for a Bartender to join our team who needs to be cool under pressure and love the buzz of a busy service. The applicant needs to be available to work 30-35 hrs per week on a regular weekly roster.
The Venue
Mamasan Kitchen + Bar has become one of the Gold Coast's premier dining + drinking destinations, opened in Broadbeach's iconic dining precinct at 'The Oracle' in 2015. Featuring an incredible fit-out and a sleek open kitchen, the menu is inspired high end pan-Asian cuisine from a small bite to larger share plates. The adjoining bar serves an array of oriental inspired cocktails using the freshest flavours alongside some of the finest products including Japanese whiskeys + saké. As a hospitality professional, it is somewhere you will be proud to tell friends and family you work.
The Front of House Team
You will be part of a dedicated team with a great culture who are passionate and hospitality career driven. Our Staff are hand picked, hardworking and enthusiastic people that love to deliver top quality service with a smile every time.

Successful applicants will have the following...
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
· High volume quality cocktail experience essential!
· Good product knowledge
· Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level
· An eye for detail
· Well-groomed/presented
· Strong organisational skills
· A positive attitude
· Professional and enthusiastic
