The Role
We are looking for full time permanent enthusiastic, motivated Bar Tenders who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or fine dining restaurant.
You will ensure the seamless delivery of beverages in the bar by providing an excellent and highly efficient service to all of our guests.
The Person
We are looking for eager individuals to complete the proficient Food & Beverage team across the estate with a passion for unique service and creating exceptional lasting memories.
Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel, fine dining restaurant or a Private Members Club.
Candidates will be able to commit to a full time permanent position, with the flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7 with potential split shifts.
Key attributes:
1. Experience in a fast paced environment.
2. Experience in a similar venue or an establishment with a similar kind of service standards.
3. A good solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
4. A practical understanding of classic cocktail preparation and techniques.
5. Hard working, fun and a team player.
