Head Bartender
We are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic Bartender in a unique restaurant concept in one of Amsterdam’s most coolest hotels and prominent locations: art’otel amsterdam
What you’ll do:
Anticipate to guest’s needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance guest’s satisfaction
Responsible for the creative composition and development of new cocktails, based on the latest trends around the world
Guide, direct and inspire your bar team
Operate in the bar as an all-round employee
Assist in other departments if necessary
Give instructions on and manage quality of work and resolve problems
Train and develop team members, including on the job coaching and giving feedback.
Deal with guest feedback according to the company standards
Actively engage in your own personal development to benefit the business and improve your personal skills

Starting salary depends on age and experience. Based on a 38 hour working week you’ll get:
From the age of 21 and above you can earn from € 1.945,96 up to € 2.393,31 gross per month.
Under the age of 21 a different starting salary will be applicable.
