Jones is recruiting a creative and independent bartender as from asap to join us in our cosy cocktailbar with cocktailcave in the heart of Antwerp.

Jones is a cosy, small scale cocktailbar with a "cocktailcave" in the heart of historic Antwerp.
There are two bars to be tended to: one for the ground floor and mezzanine and one for the basement or "cocktailcave". Each bar is run by one bartender and serves approximately 25 seats so we are looking for someone who doesn't need instructions to get going.
You do the math: 25 cocktails per 30 minutes doesn't leave a lot of time for hesitation. Obviously there will be calmer moments so we are also looking for someone who knows how to keep a bar and the seating area organized and tidy, but mainly how to always make it feel welcoming, clean and vibrant. At the same time we expect our bartenders to always bring new ideas to the table, both for the menu and for events, and we expect them to be able to follow up on the development of their and our ideas once they have been agreed upon by the team.
Hours: full time - 5 evenings a week (Wednesday until Sunday) - open for discussion
Profile: creative, hardworking, social, independent and teamplayer at the same time.
