Whippet Lab is no ordinary restaurant/bar - it is also a social justice organization. And our politics and aesthetics are intertwined with every aspect of the place. We are a brew lounge that doesn't serve burgers or pizza, a cocktail bar that highlights small batch spirits and craft beer, and a social justice organization that has style, creative cosmopolitan (pescatarian), comfort food, microbrewed beer, and incredible cocktails.

With 8 stools at the bar, 5 stools at the windows, approx 50 seats at tables inside and 26 seats outside (from April 1-October 15), Whippet Lab offers the opportunity to work in a large, diverse, and increasingly popular bar-restaurant. In the fall we will launch a micro brewery on the premises, selling our own home-brewed craft beer. In addition, we have a dozen rotating taps of craft beer from the Nordic/Baltic region, and bottles from around the world along with our own house cocktails (and, of course, the classics!).

We are seeking employees who have experience and ambition -- open to starting at the basic level and moving up the ranks quickly. Must be close to Stockholm and willing to work weekends until 1.00. English is a must and Swedish would be a huge plus!

We are open from 17.00-23.00 Tuesday-Thursday, 17.00-1.00 Friday-Saturday, and 17.00-22.00 Sunday.
