The award winning Three Blue Ducks team are looking for a super talented and ambitious bar tender to join the team at the Rosebery venue.
A love for everything bar related from creating breakfast smoothies to after dinner cocktails and all that sits in between is essential. Keen on helping to develop bar systems and getting involved with in house training? Then this is a great opportunity to develop and grow in a rapidly expanding restaurant group.
We promote and work with small, independent brands and suppliers and would like to find a candidate that understands this market. A knowledge of Australian wine that fits into this category would also be of benefit.
A good knowledge of the classics is essential.
