The Ram Inn has been at the heart of the vibrant community of Firle for over five hundred years. The rambling old brick and flint building has three main rooms. Our beautiful pub that rests in the foot of the South Downs has a long standing reputation for exceptional food, delightful choices of wines and superior service.
The Role:
We are looking for experienced waiters/waitresses to join us here at the Ram Inn, Firle as we are building a new team for 2017.
Requirements:
- We welcome people with tenacity, an eye for detail, food and wine knowledge and a passion for customer care.
- You must be able to work calmly under pressure and understand the principles of delivering service to a high level.
- Experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment is an advantage.
- Public transport is available but irregular, ideally you need your own transport options.
