If you love hospitality and have previous experience as a Floor Manager in a fast-paced, high volume, fine dining restaurant, then we want to hear from you. Floor Manager candidates must have excellent food and beverage knowledge, as well as superior customer relations skills.
About Us
Soho House & Co and New York’s Sydell Group are opening The Ned: a space with nine restaurants & bars, a club and 252 bedrooms in the City.
Cecconi’s City of London will feature the same Northern Italian favourites as its sister restaurants in Mayfair, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul, Miami and West Hollywood – namely, lobster spaghetti, veal Milanese, carpaccio and tartare, salads, risotto and pizza fresh from our two wood-fired ovens.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Brilliant leadership skills with a focus on team development, training and progression
- Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations
- A passion for food, drink and hospitality
- At least 2 years’ experience at a Breakfast Manager level at a comparable restaurant.
