If you love hospitality and have previous experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high volume, fine dining restaurant, then we want to hear from you. General Manager candidates must have excellent food and beverage knowledge, as well as superior customer relations skills.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Brilliant leadership skills with a focus on team development, training and progression
- Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations
- A passion for food, drink and hospitality
- At least 3 years’ experience at a General Manager level at a comparable restaurant
About Us
Soho House & Co and New York’s Sydell Group are opening The Ned: a space with nine restaurants & bars, a club and 252 bedrooms in the City.
Millie’s Lounge is one of the nine restaurants. It’s a lively British brasserie offering a 24-hour menu of British classics, from roast chicken and fish & chips to afternoon teas with jam and clotted cream. Craft ales, sparkling wines and cocktails inspired by English country gardens are served from the broad marble bar.
