Dedicated and customer-focused hospitality enthusiast and wine lover from Austria with a couple of years of experience as a server. Seeking to leverage strong communication skills and a passion for service to enhance guest experiences.
From an early age I was aware that I was going to pursue my professional path in direction of tourism. I had the opportunity to get a taste in this industry since I was a child, because I was grown up in my parents ́ hotel. Therefore I was soon able to handle several situations with guests where I can now benefit from a good knowledge of human nature. With growing interest, I was dealing with many fields of the tourism industry and made interesting experiences with different cultures and nationalities so far. My most formative experience was my internship in Florida, where I had the chance to be part of the service team at Addison Reserve Country Club in the United States for 9 months. Furthermore, the job as Chef de Rang in a Michelin Star Restaurant in Germany aroused a lot of interest in this industry. Now that I graduated at the EBS Lisbon, I developed a huge interest for the Bartending life and I am more than ready for new adventures.
