

Hello, I'm Thomas-John.
All rounder hospitality from Wales, keen on expanding cocktail knowledge and creating new exciting drinks.
I've worked in various roles throughout my hospitality career from kitchen to floor and bar. Each job has given me new insight and knowledge that ive brought to each venue ive worked at. Having worked as a chef has given me knowledge on what flavour work with what especially working at a tasting restaurant. Having done that I was able to help curate cocktail menus with the owners as I'm able to understand what flavours work with different spirits and how to infuse the flavours to create new drinks. One of my favourite creations being a drink called Supernova: plum sake, apricot liqueur and Amaretto infused with star anise styled the same as an Amaretto sour.
