

Hello, I'm Jonathan.
I'm a motivated and curious bartender who enjoys learning new things and working with people from all over the world. Always up for a challenge, a good shift, and a better cocktail.
Most recently worked as Chef de Bar in the 4,5-star Hotel National in Zermatt Switzerland, where I was responsible for cocktail service and bar operations during a busy ski season. That role gave me valuable hands-on experience and a lot of creative freedom with both the menu and the layout of the bar, which I really enjoyed. However, one of the few downsides was that I didn’t have the chance to work alongside more experienced bartenders, so now I’m looking for a role where I can continue learning and develop my craft further in a dynamic, cocktail-focused environment. I´d prefer a role as bartender, but I wouldn´t mind starting as a barback either. I’m passionate about hospitality and excited to grow as part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and high standards.
