Hello, I'm Giulio.
I am a 21 years old Italian bartender, I can define myself as a tidy and precise person and I like to keep my working area always clean and and organized with great level of attention for small details.
My first working experience was in a disco pub in 2021 where I worked as a waiter bringing beverages on a tray to the tables, soon after I started taking orders and directing the waitstaff learning precious teamwork skills. In september 2023 I started working in a cocktail bar as a barback where I had the occasion to learn a lot about the bartending world and I got passionate about it, after about 7 months I started to make cocktails and in september 2024 I got the EBS diploma as a starting point for my bartender career.
