I am a dynamic, sociable, and dedicated person, passionate about the hospitality and bartending industry. My varied experience in customer service, bartending, and event management has allowed me to develop a set of essential skills and the desire to improve in this field. My time at Shannon's Pub in Switzerland was pivotal in my career. As a bartender, I discovered my passion for bartending, the interaction with customers, the need to be constantly active, and the ability to transmit my energy. I learned to manage orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly and lively atmosphere at the bar. This experience also required excellent communication skills, as I had to interact with customers from diverse cultures, understand their preferences, and ensure they had a great time. This experience taught me how to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and attentive to detail—essential qualities in this profession. In parallel, I gained experience in customer service in various environments, ranging from cafes to restaurants. These positions allowed me to develop great versatility by adapting to customers with varied expectations. I learned to respond quickly to requests, handle complaints professionally, and provide personalized service. Working in service also taught me the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as each member plays a crucial role in the overall customer experience. Furthermore, my experiences at events and festivals have enriched my professional background. As an event bartender, I had to cope with significant stress, which taught me to work effectively in a dynamic and often unpredictable environment. I learned to manage inventory in real-time, coordinate with organizers to ensure smooth service, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. These events also allowed me to refine my time management skills, as it was essential to serve quickly while maintaining high-quality service. Each interaction with customers reinforced my belief that exceptional service is the key to a memorable experience. With these experiences, I am ready to continue evolving in the bartending and service field, seeking opportunities that will allow me to bring my positive energy and passion for service to a new team.
