Driven to enhance his performance skills, this bartender possesses a unique talent for grasping the rich history of spirits, combined with extensive mixology knowledge and over a decade of culinary experience to tie everything together.
After graduating from a culinary arts program in high school, I spent over ten years in the food and beverage hospitality industry, working as a line cook in various positions across eleven distinct cuisines. A sudden wrist injury requiring two months off from work prompted me to pursue bartending and mixology. I enrolled in the European Bartender School and graduated in the top 5% of my class. My passion and determination to become a world-class bartender have equipped me with diverse skills, including a deep knowledge of the history, production, and classifications of spirits, beer, and wine. I also have an advanced understanding of mixology, enabling me to create truly artisanal cocktails using available ingredients and methods.
