I’m a passionate mixologist eager to bring my creativity and skills to the bartending world. Years ago, I discovered a new passion for bartending. With a rather limited selection of bar equipment and spirits at home, I began experimenting with mixing, creating, and serving cocktails. This early curiosity grew into a love for impressing people not only with delicious drinks but also with the knowledge behind the science of mixology. After graduating from school in July, I decided to pursue this passion professionally and completed the EBS education in September in Sydney. Throughout my training, I’ve developed an understanding of flavor combinations and techniques, striving to create drinks that leave a lasting impression. One of my proudest achievements was crafting a unique cocktail with two companions, featuring wasabi, soy sauce, rhubarb, citron vodka, homemade rose hibiscus tea syrup, and fresh lemon juice. This creation won a local competition and was approved by our EBS instructor, a finalist in multiple cocktail competitions, including Giffard. I also teamed up to win the monthly EBS cocktail competition, sponsored by Sailor Jerry. Delivering excellent service is my top priority, and I pride myself on staying calm and professional under pressure. I am fluent in German, my native language, and English (C1), with working knowledge of French (B1) and Italian.
