Traveling the world and building a strong, routine-driven work ethic has been the backbone of my success—and now I’m eager to bring that same passion behind the bar. I graduated with a BA in Business from BBC (now Mission University) in Springfield, Missouri, where I developed an eye for structure and opportunities. My first taste of real-world hustle was at Chipotle, where I handled morning prep, grilled, cleaned dishes, and learned the importance of consistency and efficiency. Next, I brought that same dedication to Schloss Heroldeck in Austria—primarily on dish and maintenance duty—while stepping up into a leadership role that taught me to guide others and stay calm under pressure. Most recently, I interned in Italy doing ministry work—preaching sermons, maintaining the office, and distributing 5,000 tracts—where I honed my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to read a crowd. I believe in working hard and playing hard, with a respect for routine that feels almost religious. I thrive on following rules "to a T"—whether that’s perfecting a latte art pour or ensuring a spotless bar—and I pride myself on spotting chances to boost service and create memorable moments for guests.
