First of all I am a graphic designer passionate about desing who decided to leave Argentina and start a new life in europe, because i have the support of the european Nationality, ventured into hospitality and my first contac with the cocktail world was in Formentera,Spain in 2022. I was lucky enough to work with an Italian Bartender with more than 20 years of experience and who transferred his knowledge to me and awakened a passion about this beautiful profession. Then I decided to move to Belgium,Gent 2023 where I started a new project in an expanding hotel with its own cocktail bar TAKE IN, where I was perfecting myself day by day until I made the decision to make this my lifestyle and improve myself. Because I discovered that both in desing and as a Bartender you are creating and you need to think about every detail from the flavour to how you have to visually like what we create.
