Hello, I'm Millie.
I am a funny and hard working bartender, who loves creating an amusing environment as well as delicious cocktails! I am currently on my gap year looking for experience before heading to Loughborough University to read Sports Psychology.
Due to working for a couple of catering companies, I have been able to work at many events such as weddings, birthday parties and lunch parties, working as Lead Waitress and Lead Bartender, extending my capabilities to work under pressure and problem solve efficiently. I have also worked for a mobile bar company which has allowed me to be even more hands on, as each event requires full set up, service and clearing up and packing away, ensuring attention to detail on all aspects of our service. I also worked at a classic, busy British bistro pub, either waiting tables in the dining areas or bartending.
