Hello, I'm Tom.
I am a hard-working, friendly and passionate bartender from London. I attended EBS Kos to develop my bartending skills and meet new people. My aim was to work in higher-end bars and to progress to more senior positions within the industry.
I have just completed a month long course at the European Bartending School in Kos, which I completed with a score of 98.6%, as well as the fastest time to complete the bar aspect of the exam, involving making twelve random cocktails from memory in a simulated real-life scenario. I have a wide range of experience in the hospitality sector, in particular 1.5 years in bartending, most recently as a cocktail bartender at a restaurant / cocktail bar for 8 months while completing my university degree, with previous jobs in a country pub, bar and nightclub settings. Whilst working as a cocktail bartender, the venue had a separate late night / events cocktail bar with a capacity of approximately 25 heads. I would often be in charge of running this bar, either on my own or with another bartender.
