Aspiring Mixologist, loves crafting cocktails and designing Menus.
I learnt most of my bartending skills in Dubai working in Demon Duck by Alvin Leung, where we produced elevated cocktails to match the immaculate fine dining experience. After that I worked in Cyprus where I got to immerse myself in Mediterranean Cuisine, Wines and Spirits. As of now I am working in Mica Bar at Desert Rock Resort, Saudi Arabia, where we are in the process of innovating and pushing the boundaries of non-alcoholic cocktail creations! I believe team work, dedication and precision are key in delivering the best possible experience for every guest everytime they visit.
