Throughout the years, I’ve immersed myself in the hospitality world—from the relaxed energy of beachside campgrounds to the high expectations of city hotels and cocktail bars. Each station taught me something new: how to adapt to different guest profiles, stay organized under pressure, and build a team culture that thrives even in the busiest shifts. My most formative experience has been my role as Bar Manager at Tata Yaya in Paris, a vibrant and fast-paced bar where I led a team, managed inventory and operations, and took full responsibility for the bar’s daily rhythm. I created seasonal menus, introduced signature cocktails, and ensured every guest felt welcomed and cared for. What truly defined my time there, though, was the trust I earned from both guests and my team. I became the go-to person not only for service but for guidance and motivation. Before that, I worked as a Chef de Rang, Waitress, and Barmaid in several well-known venues, often stepping into hybrid roles—covering floor service, bartending, and even basic management duties during busy hours or staff shortages. I’ve always been someone who steps up where needed, and this mindset is what I carried into my bartending education. At the European Bartender School in Phuket, I earned top grades and received an additional certificate for my motivating energy and positive spirit—something I’m genuinely proud of. Now, I’m looking for a new challenge: a place where I can bring my creativity, my experience, and my passion for hospitality to a new team and continue growing on an international level.
