Hello, I'm Kratarth.
I have graduated from the most esteemed college of hotel management IHM Mumbai. I have done my bartending course through European bartending school goa. Done my industrial training from grand hyatt Mumbai worked in four departments.
I had the opportunity to work as a bartender at Old Loco Bar in Jodhpur for six months, and it was an incredibly valuable experience for me both professionally and personally. During my time there, I developed strong skills in mixology, customer service, and teamwork. Working in a fast-paced environment helped me improve my ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with guests. I learned how to prepare a wide range of cocktails, manage bar inventory efficiently, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards were always met. One of the most rewarding parts of the experience was interacting with different types of customers, including locals and tourists. It enhanced my communication skills and taught me how to understand customer preferences quickly to provide excellent service.
