Bartending Skills: European Bartending School – 4 week complete course. On and off work in pubs/bars over the last few years, working both behind the bar and within the kitchen. Leadership/ Teamwork Skills: Working as both a teaching assistant and sports coach at Pembroke House School in Kenya has taught me valuable skills in leadership and teamwork.
