Hello, I'm Filip.
I love working behind the bar. I enjoy every moment of it. The more people there are in the bar, the more I shine behind it. I really enjoy talking to customers and I help maintain a friendly and fun atmosphere within the bar team.
Over the past year, I worked as a full-time bartender, responsible for managing inventory, scheduling shifts, creating the drink menu, and training new staff. At the same time, I was tapping beer, preparing coffee, and working as a waiter. I speak English fluently and I am currently learning German intensively. I bring hard work, perseverance, and above all, a positive attitude to the team.
