For example, In my last organisation there was a change in System software with a quick changeover plus continuous excellence program. I had to adapt quickly to these changes with problem solving and hard work Management - I managed a family run pub in Rural Ireland for 7 years from 2000-2007. This gave me great insight into the workings of a small-medium size business. Detail focused, stocktaking, event planning, pipe cleaning and management of accounts. Keeping customers satisfied while also promoting the business to gain more customers was the highest priority
