At age of 19 I started doing work , opened a cloud kitchen in my house and the started a cafe in chittaranjan park New Delhi and it's been 4 years and currently it's the best cafe in the place and then , managed kitchen operations,

In school I won the cocktail competition and also attentive during the course and also scored pretty good in recipies and also did a shoot for greater than gin brand for my brother as he was the brand ambassador, In EBS New Delhi I learned to to be confident and push my personality to the highest . Having no distractions in my life I can deliver more to my job and can be a useful resource to this industry. Having both beverage and culinary expertise I can be a good mixologist to your bar and even help in kitchen as well . One of my mentor told me that hospitality comes from home so cater your customers just like the guest you welcome in your house. Earlier I was an introvert guy but this course changed me completely as it helped me to show my full potential. Bat industry only works when you are a good showman , anybody can make a drink but what feelings and emotions we give to the while making all that matters and lastly how we present it . Ebs gave me my second family , we laughed together, we partied together ultimately we graduated with good memories, mentors were awesome , especially Manisha ma’am and Mimi ma’am , words are less to describe, everything become easy in their guidance , great people with great personality. Bharat sir also guided during the course and involved in every event. Shifting to new background was tough but I just wanted to prove someone that I can do that , and here I am having 5 years of experience in hospital industry both beverage and culinary field. I was also a Vedanta student, mastering both soul and spirit studies As way brief to my life - hardwork,soul and spirit ♾️
