I’m Axel, a passionate and curious bartender who loves discovering new places, meeting new people and learning from everyone. I’m a hardworker but I also like to do a party, laugh and enjoy life. My favorite cocktail is the last word.
About my experience, I worked in an Eco village in Luxembourg as a bartender, there was a restaurant inside. In this one, we collect food that was intended to be thrown away, the goal was to sublimate this food to show the customer that zero waste is possible. This experience give me the opportunity to push my creativity to the maximum and to think differently. Now I work in Um plateau bar in Luxembourg as well, always as a bartender. In this one, I learnt a lot with my bar manager about spirits, anecdotes and techniques. Indeed we have 1000 different bottles so I developed my knowledge and my palate. I also participated in my first cocktail competition (twist of espresso martini) which I won.
