Started off in the industry as a bar back and quickly progressed onto working behind the bar where i developed a passion for the craft of cocktails and good hospitality. Currently the Head Bartender/Duty Manager of a city centre cocktail bar, where i get to provide training for the team and pass on the passion that i have.
