Since being introduced to the industry from a very young age I have progressed my skills and I am currently the lead bartender in Murph's Gastro Pub located in Cavan. I introduce new cocktails and continuously develop the cocktail menu, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience for our patrons. In addition to my bartending duties, I delegate tasks to staff and frequently oversee supervising shifts, maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have recently obtained a diploma in bartending awarded by European bartending school in Sydney, Australia.
