I worked as a bartender in a 3-star hotel in the center of Barcelona for the summer season. It was then that I decided I wanted to be a professional bartender and improve my bartending skills. I also worked at the poolside bar by myself and it was a great opportunity to learn all about the organization and inventory management of the poolside bar.
