Hello, I'm Steven and for me hospitality is not only good drinks or food but leaving the guest with a better feeling than before. I'm a very inquisitive and adaptable person and have a very customer orientated personality.
I have a combined experience of 2 3/4 years in a nightclub as a side job in Stuttgart, split into 1 year as a Barback and 1 3/4 years as a Bartender. During this time, I learned to work professionally and efficiently even in a loud and packed environment without losing focus on the customer experience. After my EBS Bartender Course in June I started working in a Restaurant which was about to open up a Lounge Bar where I could help organizing the Bar Setup, designing the Cocktail menu including signature Drinks and train the new Staff.
