Creative and passionate mixologist with experience from China, Europe and US, former owner of 2 cocktail bars in Shanghai
Hello! My name is Gosia and I am from Poland, currently living in the Hague, Netherlands. My passion for mixology was born in Shanghai in 2018 when I opened my first bar & restaurant - Pierogi Ladies. During that time, I created lots of unique cocktails, my pandan-tini was included into Smart Shanghai's list of 2021 Top 12 best Martinis in Town. Later on I rebranded into Jar Bar Shanghai and in 2022 was the only foreign female bartended nominated into Fabbri's Lady Amarena competition. I also created 2 brands of bottled cocktails in Shanghai. My experience includes not only bartending, but also building and developing F&B brands, organizing cross - industry events and teaching cocktail making classes. After moving back to Europe, I have focused on teaching cocktail classes and creating cocktail specials for community events.
