

Hello, I'm Adam.
I’m a very friendly person. I love creating cocktails, trying new flavours and working during busy periods. I really want to expand my knowledge on mixology and improve my efficiency and overall performance behind the bar.
I’ve been working as a bartender in a 4 star hotel for the past 2 years. This is where I discovered my love for the industry and where I learned how to operate quickly under pressure, while still providing quality. I have worked countless late shifts that have lead into the very early hours of the morning, so I’m not afraid of working hard. I love creating new cocktails and trying out different flavour combinations, and I have gotten some of my own cocktails onto the menu of the hotel mentioned above. Often times, on busy nights, I have been left in charge of the cocktail station and organising who makes what drink at what time, and I really enjoy it, even when it gets stressful. I have experience working in very large functions with up to 500 people at certain times of the year, these functions taught me to work very fast and efficiently.
